Together, we’ll settle the mind, body, and nervous system, gently releasing anything heavy or lingering from the day, so that we may reconnect with what feels steady, real, and true within.
The practice will close with moments of stillness and gratitude, followed by time for reflection.
This practice is ideal for end-of-day transition—whether you’re arriving home, winding down in the evening, or simply needing a pause.
