Third Eye Activation Breathwork Practice

This session includes a guided breathwork practice to activate your third eye which can help you achieve mental clarity, improve intuition and see beyond the physical realm. We will begin with a simple journal exercise followed by a few minutes of movement before settling in for the 20 minute breathwork practice. The practice includes 3 rounds of a gentle rhythmic breathing exercises followed by open ended breath holds that allow all levels of experience to join.
