Embodying Your Worth
With Sofia Eastmond
Join this talk and guided energy healing meditation to release self-doubt & embody self-trust.
A gentle, embodied session to release chronic self-doubt and perfectionism, and reconnect with the knowing that you are already worthy of what you desire.
There is a part of you that doesn’t feel ready yet. That feels like you don’t know enough. That quietly doubts your decisions, your right to want what you want and your capacity to make it happen.
A part of you that finds fault in what you do. That looks in the mirror and struggles to like what it sees.
That finds it hard to truly love and accept yourself, or to feel the value of who you are.
This session is an invitation to meet that part with compassion — and to gently release the patterns that keep it in charge of your life.
We’ll work with the belief that one day, when you’re better, more healed, more accomplished or more perfect, you’ll finally be worthy of your desires.
And we’ll begin to unwind the deep conditioning that says your value comes from being useful, caring for others, performing, achieving, holding everything together and meeting other people’s expectations.
Many of us learned that we are worthy only when we’re at our best — and undeserving when we’re tired, unsure, imperfect or when we make mistakes.
This session is about letting that story go.
Together, we’ll work with chronic self-doubt, unattainable perfectionism and the lack of faith in yourself that keeps you second-guessing who you are and what you’re capable of.
We’ll gently address the beliefs and energetic patterns that often originate in past experiences and moments where your worth was questioned, dismissed or tied to performance.
We’ll support the release of old stories of unworthiness held in the body and nervous system, and invite in a deeper sense of self-trust, self-acceptance and natural confidence.
This session is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about remembering and embodying the truth that you are already worthy — not because of what you do, give or achieve, but because of who you are.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded and more able to walk through life with self-belief and the quiet confidence that you are worthy, simply for being you.
