Self-Sabotage — Why We Undo Our Progress (And How to Break the Pattern)
With Leslie DMello
You start making progress… and then something pulls you back. Why does this keep happening?
This session explores the deeper pattern of self-sabotage—and how to move through it with awareness.
In this 60-minute psychology-based session, we explore why we often undo our own progress—even when we are clear, committed, and capable. Self-sabotage is not a lack of discipline or motivation. It is often a form of protection, rooted in fear, identity, and familiar patterns.
You will learn how internal conflict shows up in subtle ways, why part of you may resist change, and how to work with that resistance instead of fighting it. Through storytelling, guided reflection, and inner dialogue work, we begin to understand the deeper layers behind procrastination, avoidance, and inconsistency.
This session includes a gentle integration practice to help you connect with the part of you that resists—and begin to move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and alignment.
