Skill development of Relaxation with the benefits of weakening any stress response, accessing physical and mental relaxation and automating mind and body to prefer letting go and relaxation, rather than tension and it's accomplices. Other Terms of Relaxation might be Contentment, Acceptance, Letting Go, Equanimity. We access relaxation via cycling through 1) Recognizing Effort 2) Releasing Effort 3) Enjoying. Structure of the session include 1) initial practice instructions 2) guided practice 3) explanation 4) Question & reports.
