The Bridge to Stillness: EFT & Meditation [Copied]

If you find it difficult to "just sit" and meditate, you are definitely not alone. It is a natural response of a stressed nervous system when your mind is racing or your body feels restless. Because when our whole system is on high alert and feels "full," it’s rather hard to sit and meditate.
In this session, we’ll use EFT Tapping as a bridge to quiet the internal noise and settle the nervous system first. By active-clearing the physical tension through tapping, we create the inner space needed to drop into a deeper, more effortless state of silent meditation and presence.
We will spend the first half of the session tapping, followed by a guided mindfulness of breathing meditation.
