Gentle Hatha/Yin Yoga & Pranayama

Join me for a 1 Hour Gentle Hatha and Yin Yoga practice with Pranayama breath practices. Together, we'll move through a slow and steady sequence with presence and awareness. When yoga Asana (postures) are paired with pranayama, it can deeply benefit the nervous system and help foster a deeper mind & body connection. This practice can be supportive before bedtime or give you a restful pause during the day. This practice is intended for general health and wellness. Always listen to your own body, take breaks and adjust your postures if you feel any pain. Take extra care and consult a health professional if you have any injuries or serious health conditions. If you have any respiratory conditions, please consult a health professional before doing any of the breathing practices.
