Gentle Yoga And Myofascial Release

In this Gentle Yoga and Self Myofascial Release (S-MFR) practice, you'll use various props to invite the release of tension and tightness in different areas of your body. Areas of focus will include your neck, shoulders, back and hips to allow greater ease and openness in your body, breath, and mind. Improve your range of motion and energy flow. All Levels are welcome. Variations and modifications will be offered. (1 hour practice)
Suggested Props: 2 Blocks, 2 Blankets, 1 Tennis Ball or other type of therapy Ball, and Water to drink 💜
