This live session is an invitation to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with what’s real and present within you, while also exploring simple tools for living with greater clarity and intention.
Through guided breathwork, gentle meditation, reflective journaling prompts, and nature-inspired practices, we’ll first create a grounded internal state. From there, you’ll be guided through light lifestyle design exercises such as clarifying your values, reflecting on daily rhythms and routines, and exploring what brings meaning, direction, and fulfillment in your life.
This is part meditation, part reflection, and part experiential workshop—offering space to pause, listen inward, and play with practical tools that support intentional living. Come as you are, participate at your own pace, and take what feels most supportive.
This session may include:
