Join me for a gentle and accessible 30 minute chair yoga class designed for all levels. This practice is perfect for those looking to improve balance, stability, and flexibility while seated or using a chair for support. We’ll move through mindful stretches, breathwork, and grounding postures that promote strength and relaxation. Whether you’re new to practicing yoga, working with mobility concerns, or simply seeking a soothing yet effective practice, this class offers a welcoming space for everyone. No special equipment needed — only a sturdy chair. If you would like any additional props, you might add blocks, blankets or a strap. I highly suggest setting up for a restorative and cozy position and tuning into one of my mediations or sound tracks on Insight Timer to give yourself time for a final integration and rest at the end.
