In this class, Julie leads you through thoughtfully sequenced stretches and movement to open and energize the body-a blend of traditional wellness practices are interwoven to create a balanced experience. You're sure to leave feeling warmed up both in body and mind. This is a 60 minute class- movement for 50min. followed by 10minutes of optional meditation. Join us!
