Wind Down Yin Yoga For Sleep

In this 30 minute class, we will hold a number of poses for 2-3 minutes to stretch deep into the connective tissue and to release stress and tension from the week. If you have yoga blocks or cushions, they might make the poses more comfortable or accessible for you. All levels are welcome!
