Vin/Yin Yoga ~ Stress Relief

This 60-minute Vin/Yin practice is designed to ease stress, release tension, and gently reset the nervous system. We’ll begin with slow, grounding vinyasa ~ including pyramid, triangle, warriors, and mindful transitions ~ before settling into longer-held Yin postures such as pigeon, supported fish, and reclined twists. The focus is on steady breath, intentional movement, and creating space where stress accumulates. You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply supported.
Props recommended: bolster, and block (or pillows and blankets)
Suitable for all levels. Come as you are, move slowly, and let the body unwind.
