Rotation Of Consciousness Yoga Nidra

In this guided Rotation of Consciousness practice, we move gently through a structured rotation of awareness, breath, opposites, and imagery. As your body settles and your mind becomes quieter, you may notice the natural shift from thinking into a more spacious state. There is nothing to achieve. Simply follow the guidance and allow awareness to move. At times, imagery may arise. At other moments, there may be only stillness. We are resting in the threshold between waking and sleep, where deep regulation and quiet integration can unfold. This is a practice from the Bihar School of Yoga in India.
