Grounding Hatha Flow/60 Minutes

Let's ease into the week together with a hatha flow intended to ground us, center us and leave us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated to start our week. We will focus on our hips and low back with slow flow movements, stretching pauses, & gentle twists. Please bring a strap and two blocks. If you don't have a strap bring a long scarf and if you don't have blocks you can do the practice without them. Music will be playing, beginner friendly!
