April Yin Yoga Series - Week 1 : The Supple Spine
With Maryam
This five-week series is designed to target specific energy meridians and physical tension points through the slow, meditative practice of Yin Yoga. Unlike more active styles, Yin Yoga focuses on the deep connective tissues—the fascia, ligaments, and joints. By holding passive floor poses for 3 to 5 minutes, we safely stress the tissues to improve flexibility and circulation while cultivating a profound sense of inner stillness.
While crafted as a progressive journey toward holistic balance, each session is a complete experience and can be attended as a standalone class. Join me every Wednesday in April from 7:30AM to 8:30AM Atlantic to find stillness and intentional presence from wherever you are in the world.
