Breathing & Centering with a 20 Minute Sit

A calming meditative invitation with deep breathing, 20 minutes of restful centering, and group reflection/connection. While there will be guidance at the beginning and end of this invitation, the sit itself will be unguided. The sit typically begins around 10 minutes into the practice if you would like to just drop in a little later. It usually ends around the 30-35 minute mark. Please feel invited to take a couple grounding deep breaths if you join us after we have started our sit. We will share in deep breathing and group connection to close our time together. All are welcome.
