This live session is a trauma-sensitive meditation, offering a gentle, choice-based approach that supports nervous system safety and personal agency. We’ll begin with a grounding practice to help the body settle and return to an inner sense of calm. From that settled place, you’re invited, only if it feels comfortable, to imagine a gentle wave of calm moving through your body, following the rhythm of your breath. If imagery doesn’t feel right, you’re welcome to simply rest your awareness on your breath, the sensations in your body, or the present moment. This is a nurturing, grounding practice designed to help you reconnect, relax, and feel supported from within. I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to practicing with you.
