This gentle yoga class focuses on slow, trauma-informed movement designed to help the body reconnect with safety, breath, and internal awareness.
Through simple somatic movements, grounding poses, and mindful pacing, we’ll explore how small shifts in the body can help regulate the nervous system and release stored tension. The emphasis is not on achieving perfect shapes, but on listening to your body and moving in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.
Expect a slow, accessible flow with options to pause, modify, or rest at any time. You’ll be invited to notice sensation, breath, and internal cues as we move through gentle stretches and grounding poses.
This class is ideal if you're feeling overwhelmed, returning to practice after a break, or simply wanting a more compassionate and nervous-system-aware approach to yoga.
All bodies and experience levels are welcome. Move at your own pace and honor what your body needs.
