Chair Yoga For All

Chair yoga is a wonderful practice, not only is it an adaptive practice for those with limited mobility, musculoskeletal issues and those that find it difficult to get to the floor, it can also be a fun practice for anyone to try. Inspiring you use chair yoga, whenever you want to move but not want to get your mat out or something f you are at work and want to move right from your chair. All you need for this practice is a sturdy chair, something like a dining chair would be great. Everyone is welcome.
