This 75-minute Kriya-inspired flow is an invitation to come home to your body and reconnect with your inner landscape. Guided intuitively, the practice encourages you to move with awareness, soften out of the mind, and ground your energy through breath and steady presence. Rather than striving or performing, we focus on feeling ~ allowing the body to lead and reveal what it needs. You’ll leave feeling more centered, embodied, and anchored within yourself.
