The Midweek Re-set: Mindful Power Hour is a guided co-working session designed for people who want to get things done without sacrificing wellness.
This is a space to pause, reconnect, and move forward—gently. We begin with a short check-in and a grounding practice (breath or meditation), then move into two focused work sessions, supported by the quiet accountability of the group.
No pressure.
No performance.
Just a shared container to help you start, continue, or finish what matters.
We close with a simple check-out to acknowledge what shifted—because progress counts, even when it’s small.
This space is especially supportive if you:
* Find it hard to start (or restart) tasks
* Work better with gentle accountability
* Navigate ADHD or a neurodivergent brain
* Are managing energy, illness, or burnout
* Want structure without rigidity
* Need a reset—not a push
