April is Stress Awareness Month so in this event Thor talks about stress. We’ll talk about how there are different types of stress. The focus will be on recognising each type and how to respond to the different types.
The 30 minute session starts with a talk and Q&A and concludes with a guided meditation. Thursday with Thor helps you use meditation to navigate your feelings.
