45-60 minute class will fuse toning exercises with yoga poses. Tara will move through yoga poses and exercises that strengthen and stretch the glutes, chest, back and core.. She will also show Wall options for Wall yoga and Wall Pilates. **Additional typical equipment used are dumbbells and resistance bands. You can still do the class with no equipment, go through the motions and squeeze the muscles internally as we work. **All levels welcome. Modifications and advancements will be shown to accommodate all levels. ability. ***Strengthening mixed in with our yoga practice is a great way to prevent future injuries, improve our practice, increase muscle strength and tone. As well as, getting two aspects of health and wellness in one time frame.
