Ground & Restore: Full Body Yin Yoga [Copied]

Join me for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga class designed to calm your nervous system and bring you back into balance. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork to settle the mind and release tension, followed by a full-body Yin Yoga practice to gently open the fascia, nourish the joints, and invite deep relaxation into the muscles and mind.
Each posture will be held with mindful stillness, allowing you to soften, surrender, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of a moment to pause and stretch, this class will leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and at ease.
