60 mins Restorative Yin Yoga: Deep Healing for Body and Mind

Join me for a 60-minute restorative yin yoga practice designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body. We will move slowly, holding poses for 3-12 minutes to deepen your experience. Breathwork (pranayama) and curated soundscapes weave messages and healing vibrations throughout the session, enhancing your practice. Even if you only focus on the breathwork or simply listen, you’ll receive the healing benefits of the practice. This session is open to all levels, and props like blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters are encouraged.
