Weekly Release Stress & Renew Your Mindfulness- Pop-Up Community

We meet weekly as a Pop-Up Community (Sangha) to support each other as we establish or refresh our practice and learn tools to weave Mindfulness into every day life.
These practical, experiential sessions will contain a guided mindfulness meditation and be enlivened with poems and short creative exercises.
