With Freebird Meditations
In this 1-hour live session, you're warmly invited to step away from the daily momentum of life and connect to a more centered, present, restful, and embodied experience.
We always start with a few minutes of noble silence to allow your body, mind, and emotions to land to the space and experience. From there, we move into guided practice, weaving together mindfulness meditation, somatic awareness, and compassion-based inquiry.
During this time, you'll practice meeting your thoughts, emotions, breath, body, and sensations with spaciousness and care, without pressure to change, fix, or transcend anything. This is simply a space to listen to your inner rhythms and practice being with what is.
Most find this time profoundly relaxing, and an opportunity to safely nurture the possibility of deeper presence within yourself.
Sharing is always welcome afterward, although not required.
