In this live session, we’ll explore how awareness interrupts autopilot and brings us back into choice. By noticing thoughts, habits, and emotional reactions—without judgment—we create space to respond rather than react.
This session includes:
A short talk on awareness as the first step to conscious change
Gentle laughter yoga to release tension and shift perspective
A mindful breathing practice to calm the nervous system and reconnect
No fixing. No pressure. Just awareness, presence, and breath.
