End-of-Week Decompression - Guided Meditation

The week can leave the body tight, the mind busy, and the nervous system overstimulated. Even when the workday ends, the tension often stays. This live guided meditation is an invitation to slow down, release accumulated stress, and gently transition out of “doing mode” and into rest. Through steady breathing and simple awareness, we’ll allow the body to soften and the mind to settle—without effort or analysis. This is a space to let go of mental noise, emotional pressure, and unfinished thoughts from the week. During this session, you will be guided to:
