Join me for a Yin Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm. We’ll move gently through long-held, floor-based poses that nurture your joints and fascia while giving your mind a chance to soften and settle. This is your time to unwind, breathe deeply, and create space—both in the body and the heart. Whether you’re new to Yin or a longtime practitioner, you’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and at ease. Please gather some props like a bolster, yoga blocks, blankets, or any household items (like larger pillows, beach towels, etc.) that will help you be comfortable and supported during the practice. Having these nearby will deepen your experience and make the long holds more restful and accessible.
