Meditative Yin/60 Minutes

Let's unwind on a Monday with a meditative yin practice. This class is intended to promote stillness of the mind and body. A variety of modifications will be given as we enter the poses and minimal talking while in the poses to establish the beautiful meditative stillness of yin. We will hold each pose for 2-4 min. allowing time for our deep connective tissues to release and expand. Sound healing music will be playing creating a calm and tranquil environment. Props such as blocks, blankets, pillows and bolsters are encouraged but not necessary. Beginner friendly!
