Nourishing Wellbeing through Gratitude [Copied]

Through our meditation practice, we can cultivate the natural wellbeing that is already within. In this practice, we'll establish mindfulness and then incline our mind towards that which we are grateful for, that which brings us delight and appreciation, and we let ourselves savour it and soften into it.
