EFT Tapping: Breaking Free From Unwanted Habits

While there can be a wide variety of root causes of habit formation - a very common reason is the desire to seek comfort. This is incredibly human, and in no way are you 'broken' because you have this habit. But maybe, you have come to a point where you are seeking to make a change. You may find that the path to releasing this habit is not linear and requires loving patience with oneself as you navigate the journey. This meditation serves to help you accept yourself during every part of the process and uses EFT tapping to realize that this habit no longer serves you and work to release it from your being.
