This is a gentle, deeply grounding class focused on myofascial release and embodied relaxation.
Using ball therapy and slow, mindful movement, we release physical tension stored in the fascia and invite the nervous system to soften. Pressure is gentle, intentional, and adaptable—supporting both physical ease and emotional settling.
Expect a balance of stillness and subtle movement, helping you reconnect with your body, restore energy flow, and leave feeling more spacious, steady, and at home within yourself.
