This mini-retreat is an invitation to slow down and notice what’s here as the new year begins. We’ll start with gentle somatic movement to settle the nervous system, then explore a simple mindful creativity practice (no art or writing experience needed). The emphasis is on awareness, reflection, and listening inward. Bring a yoga mat and something to write or draw with.
