Chakra Balancing Meditation

Join Richelle as she intuitively leads you through your chakras with a guided meditation. We'll start with some grounding breaths, gently move into awareness of our bodies and then onto the chakras. This meditation will help bring awareness to the chakras and how you can help balance them with intention. At the end of meditation there will be time to share your experiences or ask questions.
