Slow Yoga - twist detox

In this session we are going to focus on twist to wring out toxins and provide the fresh supply of blood to the internal organs. Twists are great to increase the range of motion in the spine.
The practice is going to be slow and gentle, focused on combining the breath with the movement. We are going to start with some general mobility and move one to yin yoga poses . We will finish up with belly-chest breathing
