Creating a Program: Loving Ourselves Through Times of Stress

Having a program is like a refuge that paves the way to love, peace and contentment; a place to turn to for wisdom and guidance when we're in need of serenity and support. Whether we're dealing with deep loss, experiencing the stress of a changing world, or facing the challenges of everyday life, there are things we can do to feel more relaxed and centered - to bring us back home - to ourselves, to our loved ones, to life. During our time together, I will share a guided practice based in neuroscience to help you reduce stress, and grow a greater sense peace in your life; will share my personal four-step program, and how it has helped me feel more calm, grounded, and supported and; will guide you in creating a program that feels right for you.
