Forgiveness for yourself and others is one of the most healing practices, as it sets us free from guilt, shame, anger, and resentment. In this meditation session, you'll relax your mind and body through intentional breathing and grounding techniques. Then there will be a guided visualization to help you extend and experience forgiveness either for yourself or another, leaving you feeling lighter and more at peace. I'll then offer related journal prompts. <3
