This live series introduces the Cosmic Breaths: a progressive set of Yog-Vedantic pranayama techniques designed to expand access to inner peace, subtle power, and the astral dimensions of awareness.
The practices work directly with the five Prana Vayus, refining the nervous system and energetic body so deeper states of transcendental consciousness become accessible through breath. Each session builds on the previous one, gradually increasing the depth of the practice.
On a physiological level, the Cosmic Breaths activate and tone the vagus nerve, regulate blood pH, improve heart rate variability, and engage the prefrontal cortex. Practitioners often experience a rapid shift out of sympathetic stress patterns into a spacious, empowered internal state that supports clarity, inner calm and resilience.
