This is where we come together to slow down and return to what matters most. This faith-based yoga practice weaves gentle movement, intentional breath, and mindfulness to fill your spirit and renew your energy. We don't just stretch the body — we anchor the spirit. What to have nearby: A yoga mat, a pillow or blanket for comfort, and an open heart. No yoga experience necessary. No pressure — only peace. Level: All levels welcome.
