This 90-minute online experience is an invitation to slow down and learn how to truly rest. We’ll begin with 45 minutes of nourishing yin yoga to gently settle the body and nervous system, followed by a guided workshop exploring why rest can feel so difficult and how to support deeper sleep. You’ll be led through simple reflections and a grounding coaching exercise to understand your own relationship with rest. This isn’t about fixing your sleep or adding more to your routine, but about creating the conditions for rest to naturally land. You’ll leave feeling softer, clearer, and more connected to what your body actually needs.
