Deep apologies for the late reshedule and then glitches in our Jan live. The gremlins got me! We will pick it up in this session - hope you can join me today where our theme will be: Enoughness: Supporting the Nervous System as Energy Begins to Return. This is a recurring, monthly gentle, supportive space for anyone navigating the weight of stress, overwhelm, or burnout. In this monthly gathering, we pause together—sharing mindfulness, insight, and kind awareness to help us recognise and soften the patterns that lead to exhaustion in our fast-paced world.
Each session includes a short teaching or reflection on how to care for ourselves through burnout, followed by a grounding meditation. There is always space to simply arrive as you are, to listen, to rest, and to connect with others on a similar path.
You are warmly welcome to drop in anytime and stay for as long as you like. May this be a moment of breath and belonging in the midst of it all.
