In this 30-minute session, we will practice Anapana—the simple technique of observing the natural breath. This foundational technique is a powerful tool to bring clarity, cultivate unwavering focus, and return to a state of deep, embodied calm. By gently anchoring our attention on the breath, we learn to steady the mind and experience the inner stillness that supports us throughout the day. This practice is from my experience of Vipassana course and continued practice in the tradition of S.N. Goenka ji, with deep gratitude for his lifelong work in making this ancient wisdom accessible to seekers around the world.
