True Rest Meditation

Join me for a sacred hour of guided rest, nourishment, and deep restoration.
The session will start with a chat and a check in, followed by a deeply relaxing True Rest meditation.
True Rest is an NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) practice that includes breathwork, a body scan, mindfulness and simply 'Being'. All you have to do is lie-down and listen.
Regular practitioners of True Rest report that it can release physical, mental and emotional tension, ease stress, soothe anxiety and improve sleep
No experience required. Beginners welcome.
