This stream begins about 15mins early and the sound bath itself begins at approximately half-past the hour with a short introduction from Douglas. This is a live instrumental sound meditation held the first Monday of every month for in-person attendees at the historic Cathedral of St. John located in downtown Albuquerque, NM. Thank You, Insight Timer community, for taking the time to join ‪us for this welcoming, secular gathering and a time to slow down, relax, feel at peace, and release stress. Or, as we say: time to unplug to recharge! The stream will remain fixed on Douglas and the instruments with brief pans of the interior. Someone will be available in chat and to monitor and adjust the stream as necessary. IF there are any interruptions, please remain comfortable, the stream should return promptly. Speakers or headphones at moderate/mid volume are recommended. Prepare ahead by getting into a comfortable position in a quiet location, lying down -or- seated, and feel free to close your eyes.
