Midday Moving Meditation: A 30 Minute Reset [Copied]

This 30 minute gentle asana flow will invite you to take a midday pause and reset your energy through breath and movement connection. All levels of practitioner are empowered and welcome to join in this guided yoga class. We will utilize props such as blocks (or books or anything of the sort) and a blanket (or towel) to support this practice.
