45 min Qigong for Winter

This qigong session focuses on Water, which is the element that corresponds to the season of winter. More specifically, we'll explore the emotion associated with the Water element, which is fear and how to energetically move through fear. Feel invited to do this practice either sitting in a chair or standing (or both). Qigong is a Chinese healing art that optimizes the movement of energy in the body. All are welcome!
