After two months of travel and artistic exploration, The Wong Janice returns to her studio for a sacred homecoming. This session marks her first live appearance since March, coinciding with the potent energy of the June New Moon. The New Moon represents the "Empty Cup", the fertile darkness where new intentions, habits, and visions take root. Following a season of movement and transition, this 90-minute session is dedicated to grounding the nervous system and reclaiming inner stillness. The Wong Janice will use the deep, wooden frequencies of the live-looped cello to act as a bridge between the busy mind and the restorative heart. This is a space designed for those seeking a "reset" or looking to plant new seeds of focus for the summer months ahead. Participants are invited to enter a state of deep listening as the music moves from grounding root-frequency tones to expansive, ethereal harmonics. The Ritual Flow with start with 15 minutes of welcome and a heart-centered reunion and guided reflection on the New Moon cycle. The Sound Bath (60-mins): An immersive, uninterrupted cello journey focusing on low-frequency resonance and "The Still Point." Lastly, there will be time to return to the present moment followed by community connection. Preparation: To fully experience the binaural frequencies and the organic resonance of the cello, headphones are highly recommended. Create a comfortable, quiet space and have a journal nearby for any reflections that arise during the silence.
